Richard Miller

President, Retired from Chevron Project Management

Richard Miller

Richard joined the PLI board in 2021.  He came to know PLI through his wife
Angela who has served as an instructor for two years.

In 2020, Richard retired from a 32-year career in engineering and project
management with Chevron Corporation, where he gained a love for people from
many different cultures and religions having worked in a variety of U.S. and
overseas locations.

Richard brings non-profit leadership experience, having served on the board
of a Habitat for Humanity affiliate in California for 5 years.  He loves to
help non-profits more efficiently fulfill their missions, providing
confidence to donors that funds are being stewarded well and finding ways to
provide outstanding service and love to clients.  He has served his church
families for over 25 years in financial ministry and lay leadership
positions.

Richard and Angela have two teenage girls who have also volunteered with
PLI.  He enjoys traveling with his family, hiking, golf, tennis, snow skiing
and relaxing in the evening with a good book.
