Todd Richards

Todd has been involved with PLI since 2018. He joined the Board of Directors in July 2020 and became Treasurer in July, 2021. Todd volunteers in his local church with the children’s ministry and he is a small group leader. He has participated in various events and men's program activities with PLI over the past several years.

Todd brings 20+ years of accounting experience to our Board as well as a desire to support efforts that reach the refugee communities in Houston. He has a passion for relationship building as well as the technical accounting skills to support PLI’s vision and goals.

Todd has been a Houston resident for over 20 years, but he will always call Louisiana home. Throughout his life, he has lived in and visited many places around the world but he still considers Houston to be the best place to live.
