Jessica Dietz

Jessica graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 with her bachelor’s degree in Communications. She moved to Houston to work for a non-profit organization representing rice farmers after graduation. Then, in late 2009, she began volunteering at CornerBooks, a bookstore in Houston’s First Baptist Church. A few months later, her passion for connecting people with good books became a job when she joined the staff there.

In 2012, Jessica stepped away to spend time with her family full-time. During her time at home, she served within her local church, with Greentree Elementary PTA, and even spent a year homeschooling her children. Jessica joined the staff at PLI in September 2022. She is excited to support PLI as our new Development Administrative Assistant. In her free time, she enjoys walking in the woods on a crisp October day, trips with her family, chocolate cake and a good book.
