Felipe Herrara

An accomplished commercial leader, Felipe is a proud University of Texas Longhorn and holds an MBA from Indiana University. He has dedicated over 15 years to Shell, successfully leading global teams across Trading & Supply, Chemicals, and Mobility. His extensive commercial experience includes diverse expertise in sales, procurement, and mergers and acquisitions. Over the past four years, his strong interest in sustainability and renewable energy has led him to a global commercial leadership role in eMobility. As a leader, Felipe is passionate about people development and believes in fostering growth for a purpose that extends beyond oneself.

A longtime Houston resident, Felipe greatly values the city’s rich diversity. Driven by a calling from the Lord to help those in need and as a first-generation immigrant, Felipe is deeply committed to PLI’s mission of aiding Houston’s refugee community.

A devoted father, Felipe loves spending time with his daughter on activities like horseback riding and swimming. He also deeply enjoys serving at his church, Bayou City Fellowship.
