Molly is a native Houstonian, wife to Jason, and mother to four teenagers whom she homeschooled until 5th grade. After receiving a bachelor's in Human and Organizational Development (with a Business minor) from Vanderbilt University, she worked for Enron and KBR before starting a family. She and Jason met at Christ the King Presbyterian, where they have served for the past 28 years.
Molly joined the board in July 2025 and has been involved with PLI since May 2022, teaching Digital Literacy, ESL, Citizenship, and Conversation to women, as well as teaching kids at English Camp. She enjoys visiting students in their homes, trying amazing home-cooked dishes from various countries, and learning from her students both in and out of the classroom. As a faithful volunteer, she also shares a meal each month at the Women's Community Dinner and serves at community events throughout the year.
Molly enjoys being a cheerleader at kids' water polo, track, baseball, and basketball games. She and her family enjoy playing pickleball and card games. While they also enjoy traveling, Molly loves that she doesn't have to go halfway around the world to learn about different cultures, as God has brought the nations to her doorstep in Houston.
